1. Acceptance & Booking Terms
By booking a stay with 716 peach, you agree to these Terms of Service. All guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
- Upfront Pricing: In accordance with 2026 FTC guidelines, all displayed prices include mandatory fees (cleaning, service). Taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Verification: We reserve the right to perform identity verification and background screenings through third-party services.
- Payments: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit or full payment is received.
2. House Rules & Prohibited Conduct
To ensure the peace and safety of our neighbors and future guests, the following rules are strictly enforced:
- Occupancy: Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
- No Parties/Events: Large gatherings, parties, or commercial events are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Quiet Hours: Local Arlington noise ordinances require quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Smoking & Pets: All properties are 100% non-smoking. Pets are only permitted in designated "Pet Friendly" properties with prior written approval and paid fees.
3. Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay.
- Security Deposit: A hold may be placed on your payment method for a security deposit. This will be released post-stay pending inspection.
- Damages: You agree to be charged for any damages exceeding normal wear and tear, including specialized cleaning for smoke or pet odors.
- Indemnification: 716 peach is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during your stay.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Our standard cancellation policy:
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas.
